HOUSTON, March 8 (Reuters) - Hovensa LLC said on Monday it restarted the 150,000 barrel per day gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at its 500,000 bpd refinery in Kingshill, Virgin Islands, after completing a six-week overhaul.
