S.C.'s Fitch crowned Miss America's Outstanding Teen (The State)

Miss South Carolina Teen Taylor Fitch may now add Miss America's Outstanding Teen to her resume. Fitch, who won the Miss S.C. Teen title earlier this year, beat out 52 contestants from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands to claim the national Outstanding Teen title Saturday in Orlando.
